Best Rocket League Settings
Though every streamer does not have the same settings I figured out the settings recommended by most of the players.
I will also share the best rocket league settings for beginners and for low-end PC.
Best Rocket League GAMEPLAY Settings
Gameplay is the first option of the rocket league settings tab. Though there is nothing to change still there are few changes that can be made.
The very first option you will find is “Unlimited Boost in Free play” which is pretty self-explanatory. Turn it on if you need an unlimited boost or simply turn it off if you don’t need it.
These settings are mostly optional and depend on people to people.
TEXT CHAT – Lots of people disable it, but personally I love seeing when people recognize me in the game. So I keep this to “Allow all” and if you don’t like then choose “Disabled”
SPLIT SCREEN LAYOUT – Vertical
CROSS-PLATFORM PLAY – Enabled
CLIENT SEND RATE – High
SERVER SEND RATE – High
BANDWIDTH LIMIT – High
INPUT BUFFER – CSTS
SHOW COMPETITIVE DECISIONS – Enable (Check the box)
SHOW EXTRA MODE RANKS – Enable (Check the box)
GAME STAT DISPLAY LEVEL – Main Stats Only
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE REGION – Your Region
These are the best and recommended gameplay settings for rocket league. Now, let’s move to the Rocket league camera settings.

Best Rocket League CAMERA Settings
This is what a lot of people actually want to hear about. Rocket league camera settings are among the most important settings that would help you improve your gameplay.
Now the settings that you will find below are the best rocket league camera settings used by many pro players.
CAMERA PRESET – Custom
CAMERA SHAKE – Keep it off (this basically shakes the camera when you jump, hit the car or ball and so it would create a distraction for you, so kindly disable this).
FIELD OF VIEW – Slide to 110. Most of the streamers keep this to the maximum level as this gives you a wider perspective of the field.
DISTANCE – Keep to 250. The most popular distances are between 260 and 280. Increasing distance will keep more distance between the camera and car but if you decrease it the distance will be closer.
HEIGHT – Keep to 100. Increasing height will make the camera go up and decreasing will make the camera go down.
ANGLES – Set to negative 4 (-4.00).
STIFFNESS – Set this to 0.4. Stiffness is a kind of variable and pros like lethamyr have this set at 0.4. Basically what it controls is how locked the camera will stay as your car accelerates.
SWIVEL SPEED – Keep this at 5. This decides how quickly your camera will pitch around the field. I recommend setting this one at high anywhere between 4 and 7.
TRANSITION SPEED – Keep this at 1.2. Transition speed is how quickly you toggle between ball cam and car cam. Some people love this setting at high for insta switch, but I recommend keeping this low at a range between 1.00 to 1.40.
INVERT SWIVEL – Disabled.

Best Rocket League CONTROL Settings 2022

AERIAL SENSITIVITY – Keep between 1.3 to 1.7. Streamers daniel uses 1.7 and this setting can be increased accordingly to your gameplay. If you are a beginner or intermediate choose 1.4.
CONTROLLER DEAD ZONE – Keep between 0.5 to 0.8. Streamer Daniel uses 0.5. Controller dead zone controls how far you actually need to move the joystick from the center to register a movement
if you change your dead zone by 0.05 you will notice the 5 times difference in your actual controller movement
DODGE DEADZONE – Keep between 0.5 to 0.8
